More about the airfoil blades
Because of the aircraft wing profile shape of the blades, the fluid is discharged with a minimum of turbulence, shocks and loss in the impeller. This results in a silent operation, low input power and high efficiency.
As each blade forms a box beam which can be stiffened on the inside, an airfoil bladed impeller is mechanically very strong and allows for very high operating speeds.
This blade is particularly well suited for wide impellers, both from an aeraulic and mechanical point of view.
This blade is generally used for clean gas but is also suitable for gas charged with dust even if clogging (except for the C14 family).
It is not suitable for gas charged with abrasive dust.
